Nasi Lemal Sambal

Ingredients
Onions, Chili, Sugar, Salt, Shrimp, Anchovies, Shrimp Paste, Palm Oil, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate.

Additional Recipe: Nasi Lemak (Serve 6)
5 cup rice, 500ml thick coconut milk, 2 slices ginger, 2 shallot, peeled & smashed, 1 tsh salt & oil, 2 pandan leave, knotted.

Cooking Meyhod:
  1. Wash rice until clean then drain and then put in rice, ginger, shallots, pandan leaves, salt and oil in a rice cooker.
  2. Pour coconut milk over the rice, the level of coconut milk should be 2cm above the level of the rice.
  3. Cook rice yntil dry then loosen it with a wooden ladle. Serve Nasi Lemak with Sambal Nasi Lemak, Gaenish with egg, serve hot.
