INGREDIENTS:
Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum Wallichii, Cinnamon, Anise, Citri Exocarpium and Selected Tea Leaves.
 
PREPARATION:
1. 10 ~ 15 eggs.
2. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce.
3. 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
 
COOKING METHOD:
1. Add in water, eggs into a pot. Boil the egg until mature. Take out the egg and lightly beat the eggshell to get even cracks.
2. Put back the eggs and add Masfood Spices For Cooking Tea Egg, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce into the pot.
3. Using low heat to simmer 3 hours or more, it is ready to be served. (Pls ensure the water is over the egg in the cooking process.)
*The tea egg soup is not recommended for drinking because it is bitter after simmering.
 
PERSEDIAAN:
1. 10 ~ 15 telur.
2. 5 sudu besar kicap cair.
3. 1 sudu besar kicap pekat.
 
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Masukkan air dan telur ke dalam kuali. Didihkan telur sehingga masak. Kelularkan telur dan pecahkan kulit sikit retak dengan perlahan.
2. Kemudian, masukkan telur, Masfood Rempah Telur Teh Herba, kicap cair dan kicap pekat ke dalam kuali.
3. Gunakan api sederhana masak selama 3 jam atau lebih lama sehingga telur wangi. (Sila pasti air sentiasa tinggi daripada telur semasa masak.)
*Sup telur teh dinasihati tidak diminum kerana pahit.
