KAM HEONG CHILI ALL PURPOSE PASTE

Ingredient:
Garlic ,lemongrass,sugar,salt,shallot,cili,shrimp,MSGE621 & Preservative(E211).
Kam Heong Chili Crab Cooking Method (Suitable for clam also)
Preparation:
1)Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste1pkt .
2)Crab 3pcs (800-1kg).
3)Evaporated filled milk or milk powder (appropriately)
4)Dark soy sauce,curry leaf and bird’s eyes chilly (appropriately).
Cooking Method:
1)Steam the crab for preparation.
2)Stir-fry the Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste for a while ,add in dark soy sauce,curry leaf, bird’s eye chilli and continue frying until fragrant.
3)Add in cooked crab and evaporated filled filled milk (or milk powder) and continuous stir-fry until fragrant. Ready to serve.
Kam heong Chili Chicken Cooking method (Suitable for prawn,seafood and meat also)
Preparation:
1)Masfood Kam heong Chili All Purpose Paste 1 pkt .
2)Chicken cube(400g).
3)Evaporated filled milk or milk powder (appropiately).
4)Dark soy sause,curry leat and chili padi / bird’s eye chilli (appropriately).
Cooking Method:
1)Heat the oil, fry the chicken cube until matured. Take it out off the pan.
2)Fry the Masfood Kam heong chili All Pupose Paste for a while, add in dark soy sauce,curry leaf ,chili padi and continuous fry until fragrant.
3)Add in cooked chicken cube and evaporated filled milk (or millk powder) and continue stir-frying until aromatic. Ready to serve.
Kam heong Chili Fry rice Method (Suitable for rice stick and noodle)
Preparation :
1)Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.
2)Seafood or meat(100g).
3)Egg 2 nos.
4)Cooked rice (3 people)
5)Dark soy sause,curry leaf and chili padi (appropiately).
Cooking Method:
1)Heat the oil, fry the curry leaf and chili padi until fragrant.Then fry the seafood (of meat) and beaten eggs until cooked.
2)Add in Masfood Kam Heong Chili All Purpose Paste and dark soy sauce ,fry until fragrant.
3)Add in cooked rice and stir-fry until fragrant. Ready to serve.

Cara Masak Ketam Cili Kam Heong (sesuai untuk kerang juga)
Persediaan:
1)Masfood Perrncah Cili Kam Heong Sebarguna 1 pkt
2)Ketam 3 ekor (800-1kg).
3)Susu sejat atau tepung susu.(bilangan sesuai)
4)Kicap hitam,daun kari dan cili padi.(bilangan sesuai)
Cara Masak:
1)Stim ketam sehingga masak untuk persediaan.
2)Gorengkan Masfood Perencah Cili Kam Hoeng Sebarguna sekejap,tembahkan kicap hitam,daun kari,cili padi dan terus goeng sehingga wangi.
3)Tambahkan ayam yang masak dan susu sejat (atau tepung susu),terus goreng dan kacau sehingga wangi. Hidangkan dengan panas.
Cara Masak Ayam cili Kam Heong (Sesuai untuk udang,makanan laut dan daging juga )
Persediaan:
1)Masfood Perencah Cili Kam Heong Sebarguna 1pkt
2)Ketul ayam(400g).
3)Susu sejat atau tepung susu.(bilangan sesuai)
4)Kicap hitam,daun kari dan cili padi.(bilangan sesuai)
Cara memasak:
1)Panaskan minyak,gorengkan ayam sehinga masak.Simpan tepi.
2)Gorengkan Masfood Perencah Cili Kam Heong Sebarguna sekejap,tambahkan kicap hitam ,daun kari ,cili padi dan terus goreng sehigga wangi.
3)Tambahkan ketam yang masak dan susu sejat(atau tepung susu),terus goreng dan kacau sehingga wangi.Hidangkan dengan panas.
Cara Masak Nasi Goreng Cili Kam Heong(Sesuai untuk mi hun dan mee juga)
Persediaan:
1)Masfood Perencah Cili Kam Heong Sebarguna 1 pkt
2)Makanan laut atau daging(100g)
3)Telur 2 biji
4)Nasi(3 orang)
5)Kicap hitam,daun kari dan cili padi .(bilangan sesuai)
Cara Masak:
1)Panaskan minyak,gorengkan daun kari dan cili padi sehingga wangi.Kemudian,gorengkan makanan laut(atau daging) dan telur sehingga masak.
2)Tambahkan Masfood Perencah Cili Kam Heong Sebarguna dan kicap hitam dan terus goreng sehigga wangi.
